Dr. Asai is a foreign-trained Psychiatrist with over 15years working experience. She had accumulated experience in psychiatric treatment for a wide range of age groups. Dr. Cheng is a highly experienced clinician in anesthesiology, having independently administered anesthesia in over 3000 surgical procedures. He excels in complex surgeries including thoracic, neurosurgery, pancreatic, orthopedic, and hepatic surgeries. Dr. Cheng is particularly skilled in administering general anesthesia for elderly patients with complex comorbidities and in performing epidural regional block anesthesia.

Dr. Wenjie Cao is an experienced neurologist with over 20 years’ clinical experience. He specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of stroke, headaches, dizziness and insomnia, anxiety and depression, and in the intervention treatment of intra/extra cranial vascular stenosis (evaluation and stenting), etc. Dr. Cao obtained his MD and Ph.D. from Shanghai Fudan University School of Medicine (China). Dr. Cao is currently an associate professor of Neurology Department at Shanghai Huashan Hospital (China). 

Dr. Samson Cho has 20 years of clinical experience, specialized in sports injuries and arthroscopic surgeries. Dr. Guoliang Dong is an anesthesiologist with nearly 40 years’ working experience. Dr. Cecile graduated from Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine, French class, and served in Surgical department for 5 years and Ultrasound Department of Shanghai Yueyang Hospital for 11 years (China). She has overseas working experience in Hospital Bretonneau (France) for one year. 

Dr. Lei Huang is an experienced radiologist and neuro-interventionalist with over 10 years of clinical experience. Dr. HUANG specializes in radiologic diagnostics, including whole body X-ray, whole body CT and head/abdomen MRI. Dr. HUANG is skilled in high resolution MRI of intracranial vascular diseases, interventional neuroradiology and whole body CTA/Brain CTP. Dr. Huang obtained her PhD in Radiology from Fudan University School of Medicine (China). Prior to joining ParkwayHealth, Dr. Huang served as a radiologist in Huashan Hospital for over 10 years. 

Dr. David Jiang has an MD degree from the Shanghai Jiao Tong University school of Medicine in China, long term served in Orthopedic department of Ruijin Hospital as resident, attending doctor and associated professor. He completed further training at the Fuji Toranomon Orthopedic Hospital in Japan, and has been a visiting scholar at upstate medical university of New York. Dr. Jiang has over 25 years of clinical experience in the diagnosis and treatment of bone, joint, and muscular problems, sports injury etc., including arthroscopic surgery of the knee, shoulder, ankle injury such as cross ligament reconstruction, meniscectomy & repairing, rotator cuff repairing and cartilage injury of joints; four limb’s fracture with open reduction & implant fixation. Dr. Xiaojing Xu has 14 years of clinical experience. She specializes in general dermatosis, cosmetic laser treatment and filler injection. Dr. Xu is a member of the 1^st Committee of Medial Beauty Continued Education Branch, China Association of Plastics and Aesthetics.

Dr. Jinhui Xiang has over 15 years of experience in clinical anesthesiology. She specializes in perioperative anesthesia for obstetrics and gynecology, orthopedics, urology, ERCP, etc. Dr. Xiang has extensive experience in the management of venous anesthesia for gastrointestinal endoscopy procedure, ERCP, circumcision for children and more. She is proficient in clinical anesthesia including general anesthesia, venous anesthesia, epidural and spinal anesthesia and ultrasound-guided peripheral nerve block. Dr. Aaron Xu is a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Physician with over 17 years of working experience. He specializes in TCM constitution assessment and improvement, and the treatment of common symptoms and diseases (e.g. headache, shoulder, back & neck pains, neuralgia, menstrual cramps, asthma, chronic eczema, acne, insomnia, menopause symptoms, Meniere’s disease, etc.) with natural therapy such as herbal medicine, acupuncture and Pediatric Tui Na massage. Dr. Aaron received his Bachelor and Master’s Degree in TCM from the Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Shanghai (China). He regularly conducts TCM lectures for the community and corporations.

Tingjing Xu is a physiotherapist with 6 years of clinical experience in neurorehabilitation and musculoskeletal rehabilitation. She specializes in the treatment and rehabilitation of acute and chronic strain. Tingjing does posture assessment to help regulate abnormal posture. She is experienced in the  treatment of bone and joint diseases to help delay disease progression and avoid unnecessary surgery. In addition, Tingjing has had orthopedic postoperative rehabilitation assessment and training to help patients who underwent operation and suffer from sports injury to restore functional ability and activities in daily living.

Dr. Vicky XU is a General Practitioner and Internist with over 25 years of working experience in Family and Adult Medicine, as well as over 10 years of experience in Non-Invasive Cardiology.  She served as Registrar Cardiologist at a Shanghai tertiary hospital after graduation from Medical School of Shanghai Jiao Tong University (China). Dr. XU has previously worked as a Cardiology Physician at Tan Tock Seng Hospital (Singapore).  She was a General Practitioner and Attending Cardiologist at Shanghai East International Medical Center (China) prior to joining Parkway in 2013.  Dr. XU holds Specialist Internal Medicine License and General Practitioner Qualification.

Dr. Xiaojie Yu, Medical Doctor, Deputy Chief Physician, Master's Supervisor. He specializes in the precision interventional treatment of musculoskeletal disorders using ultrasound, adept in handling conditions such as cervical spondylosis, lumbar disc herniation, periarthritis of the shoulder, joint pain, headaches, and neuralgia. His expertise extends to dry needling neuromodulation, American-style chiropractic adjustments,  sports rehabilitation and botulinum toxin injections for muscle spasms, tension disorders, and pain.

Peipei YAN is a Physical Therapist with over 10 years clinical experience. He specializes in treating musculoskeletal diseases and sport injuries. He is also experienced in post-operative rehabilitation of orthopedic surgeries. Peipei received his Master’s Degree in physical therapy from America and his Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Rehabilitation from China. Peipei obtained FIFA Diploma in Football Medicine. He is a senior rehabilitation physiotherapist of National Health Bureau of China.

Dr. Ted Zhong is a distinguished Chief Anesthesiologist with over three decades of comprehensive engagement in clinical practice, academic instruction, research, and departmental leadership in anesthesiology. His expertise is particularly pronounced in the domains of clinical anesthesia, critical care medicine, and pain management, with a special emphasis on the anesthetic care of critically ill and complex cases, advanced nerve block techniques, and the meticulous management of patient safety in the perioperative period.

Dr. Zhong served as the Chief of Anesthesiology at Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital, affiliated with the Zhejiang University School of Medicine. Educationally grounded with an undergraduate degree from Wenzhou Medical University, Dr. Zhong further honed his skills and knowledge at Shanghai Medical University for postgraduate studies between 1988 and 1991. His academic pursuits extended internationally with a Ministry of Education-sponsored fellowship at the University of Cambridge, UK, in 2000-2001. Upon returning, Dr. Zhong substantially contributed to enhancing the technical acumen and professional standards within his field and shared the knowledge acquired during his academic career to his colleagues. A prolific academic contributor, he has authored close to 90 research papers in esteemed international and national journals, including 13 SCI-indexed articles, and has served as the chief editor for three authoritative texts in anesthesiology.

Dr. Jessica Zhu is an experienced gynecologist with 33 years of clinical experience. Dr. Zhu specializes in the diagnosis and the treatment of cervical diseases, menstrual disorders, perimenopausal syndrome, refractory genital tract inflammation, etc. She is skilled at gynecological procedures and minimally invasive surgeries (colposcopy, laparoscopy, hysteroscopy, LEEP). Dr. Zhu graduated from Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine and completed Master’s Program at Tongji University School of Medicine (China). She underwent further study at Stanford Hospital, Stanford University (U.S.A) and Renji Hospital affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine (China). In addition, Dr. Zhu worked two years in Morocco, where she was sent by the Chinese government to provide medical support for the local hospital.

Kun Zhao is a physiotherapist with over 6 years of clinical experience. He was good at treating musculoskeletal disorders and sports injuries. He holds Bachelor of Science in Rehabilitation Therapy. He has the certificate of training program (neurologic and orthopedic) at DR.BECKER in Germany and certificate of spiral stabilization (SPS).

Dr. Phoenix Zhang is an otolaryngology (ear, nose & throat) specialist with over 10 years of clinical experience. She specializes in ear, nose and throat disorders and illnesses in adults and children with special interest in the treatment of acute & chronic otitis media, secretory otitis media, fungal otitis externa, ceruminalimpaction, acute & chronic rhinitis, allergic rhinitis, deviation of nasal septum, epistaxis, acute & chronic pharyngitis, tonsillitis, voice cord polyps, pharyngeal foreign body and more. Dr. Zhang has experience in the treatment of itchy ear canal and mycotic otitis externa. Dr. Chance Zhang has several years of working experience. Dr. Leyi Zhang is an experienced and WHO-certified rehabilitation physician with over 20 years of clinical and teaching experience. She specializes in the comprehensive assessment of various post-operation dysfunction and injuries, as well as those caused by acute and chronic diseases. Dr. Peng Zhou is an Ophthalmologist with over 20 years working experience in comprehensive ophthalmology in top hospitals. He specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of eye diseases, optometry examination, and external eye surgery. Dr. Peng obtained his MD in Ophthalmology from Peking University in Beijing (China). He is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the Association for Research in Vision and Ophthalmology (ARVO). He is a committee member of the Chinese Ophthalmology Society. Dr. Fang Zhang is a general and laparoscopic surgeon with nearly 30 years working experience. He specializes in minimally invasive and general surgery with special interest in breast oncology, gastrointestinal tract diseases, thyroid diseases, peripheral vein and hemorrhoids. Dr. Zhang received his medical training from the Jiao Tong University Medical College in Shanghai (China). He obtained his Master's Degree in the research and development of colorectal cancer at the Medical College of Fudan University and is a Vice-Professor of the Department of General Surgery at First People’s Hospital in Shanghai (China).
