Dr. Xiaojie Yu, Medical Doctor, Deputy Chief Physician, Master's Supervisor. He specializes in the precision interventional treatment of musculoskeletal disorders using ultrasound, adept in handling conditions such as cervical spondylosis, lumbar disc herniation, periarthritis of the shoulder, joint pain, headaches, and neuralgia. His expertise extends to dry needling neuromodulation, American-style chiropractic adjustments, sports rehabilitation and botulinum toxin injections for muscle spasms, tension disorders, and pain.
Graduated with a Bachelor Degree of Clinica Medicine from Shanghai Second Medical University, a Master's Degree in Rehabilitation Medicine from Fudan University, and a Ph.D. in Anesthesiology (Pain) from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
Formerly serving in the Rehabilitation and Pain Departments of Renji Hospital, affiliated with Shanghai Jiao Tong University's Medical College

She specializes in the treatment of sports related injuries and musculoskeletal injuries like neck and back pain, tennis elbow, and post-surgery rehabilitation of fractures and arthroscopic surgeries. She has also extensive experience in manual therapy, posture and ergonomics, pre- and post-natal rehabilitation, urinary incontinence and Mat Pilates. Monika received her Master’s Degree in Sports Physiotherapy in India.
