Introduction

Dr. Frank Dong has extensive experience in the field of mental and psychological disorders, with a particular expertise in the treatment of depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, insomnia, drug addiction, and other mental, psychological, and behavioral illnesses. He advocates for precision medicine based on modern science and grounded in clinical practice, dedicated to providing individualized and comprehensive treatment plans to help patients regain their mental and physical health.

Dr. Frank Dong graduated from the Fourth Military Medical University, where he obtained a Bachelor of Medicine degree. After graduation, he worked at Shenyang General Hospital and Shanghai Second Medical University. In 1993, he furthered his studies in the United States, where he earned a Doctor of Medical Science degree from the University of South Florida College of Medicine. From 2005 to 2009, Dr. Frank underwent specialized training in psychiatry and psychology at St. Elizabeth's Hospital in Washington, D.C., and remained as an attending psychiatrist at the hospital from 2009 to 2017. From 2017 to 2022, he joined the West Virginia Veterans Affairs Medical Center as an attending psychiatrist. He is licensed to practice medicine in Maryland and is a member of the American Psychiatric Association. He holds a board certification from the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. Since 2022, Dr. Frank has been employed at a high-end private hospital in Shanghai specializing in psychiatry.

Dr. Asai is a foreign-trained Psychiatrist with over 15years working experience. She had accumulated experience in psychiatric treatment for a wide range of age groups. At psychiatric hospital, she had clinical experiences in acute psychosis, severe mood disorders, dementia, and addiction treatment.  At a general hospital, she provided consultation liaison services (specialized psychiatric care in collaboration with multiple disciplines) for inpatients with delirium and other co-occurring psychiatric symptoms. At the clinic, she had provided treatment for mild to moderate mood disorders, general anxiety disorders, and Neurodevelopmental disorders. During the above years, she also had provided support for those who have returned to work after a leave of absence due to mental illness. In her practice, she not only diagnoses the patient's mental condition, but also listens to the patient's complaints, examines how the patient's environment and way of life have affected the symptoms that are currently present, and provide treatment through psychotherapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and pharmacotherapy. She is committed to providing care that is in tune with her patients' feelings, which better leads to improving the patient's symptoms and quality of life.

His clinical focus covers the psychiatric and psychotherapeutic treatment of both children and adults, as well as early intervention for mental disorders.

Dr. Helen Wang is an attending psychiatrist with 10 years of working experience. She specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of mood disorders, anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorders, insomnia and other psychiatric disorders, counseling of emotional management, parenting, parent-child relationship and other issues. In clinical practice, Dr. Wang attaches great importance to listening to and understanding the psychosocial factors behind the symptoms, providing integrated treatment of medication combined with psychological intervention. She graduated from the Department of Clinical Medicine of Zhejiang University School of Medicine (China) with a master's degree in psychiatry. Dr. Wang has been engaged in psychiatric outpatient service and liaison consultation in a JCI-certified third-class general hospital, and participated in multidisciplinary cooperation projects such as cardiac rehabilitation.
