She offers guidance and treatment options for controlling childhood myopia, including low-concentration atropine eye drops, defocus lenses, and orthokeratology lenses. She is also proficient in laser treatments for various eye conditions, including posterior capsular opacification, glaucoma, retinal tears, retinal vein occlusion, and diabetic retinopathy. She specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of common and complex ocular conditions, including myopia, hyperopia, astigmatism, presbyopia, dry eye syndrome, cataracts, glaucoma, and retinal diseases, and is proficient in common external ocular and ocular surface surgical procedures. In addition, Dr. Li is experienced in corneal refractive surgery, the diagnosis and management of pediatric strabismus and amblyopia, as well as binocular vision assessments and training. Her expertise particularly lies in the comprehensive management and prevention of refractive errors among adolescents, and she is highly skilled in orthokeratology lens fitting.

Dr. Li graduated from the Anglo-Medical Class of Shandong Medical University with a bachelor's degree in clinical medicine and later pursued a master's degree in ophthalmology at the Shandong Academy of Medical Sciences. She has worked in ophthalmology at a tertiary public hospital in Shanghai for 20 years and has also held important positions at several high-end private hospitals in Shanghai.
