Dr. Frank Dong graduated from the Fourth Military Medical University, where he obtained a Bachelor of Medicine degree. After graduation, he worked at Shenyang General Hospital and Shanghai Second Medical University. In 1993, he furthered his studies in the United States, where he earned a Doctor of Medical Science degree from the University of South Florida College of Medicine. From 2005 to 2009, Dr. Frank underwent specialized training in psychiatry and psychology at St. Elizabeth's Hospital in Washington, D.C., and remained as an attending psychiatrist at the hospital from 2009 to 2017.
