Introduction
Ms. Sophie Zhou is a US-licensed Social Worker with many years of clinical experiences. She specializes in providing individual and group therapy for a variety of mental health issues experienced by children, adolescents and adults including anxiety, depression, learning difficulties, emotional regulation concerns, social skill difficulties, low self-esteem, traumatic events, addiction problems, adjustment difficulties, etc. Sophie aims to create a safe, non-judgmental environment for clients from diverse culture background in achieving their therapeutic goals.
Sophie uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy to treat mental illnesses. She received Master of Social Work from the Ohio State University (U.S.).
