Essential Health Managment Package

Our Essential Health Management packages are designed to allow you to understand how well your body is doing. All packages begin with diagnostic examinations that enable us to obtain a full profile of your body systems. When the results of the first session are ready, a second session is scheduled. During the second session, your personal physician will complete a full physical examination, review the results of your investigations and discuss the current status of your health, as well as offer recommendations on specific health concerns. 

• Day 1 Physical and diagnostic examinations, including radiology, EKG and laboratory studies. 

• Day 2 Physician evaluation, review of investigations, recommendations and specific concerns.
